Hello Kev,

I believe he has AVO rear coil over too. I use them for street and track (and drag), but have no experience with them so far.
As you can choose your coil strength/spring rate and height is adjustable, you should always be able to get the ride comfort you like. Picking a spring is difficult though as no car is the same, no person is the same...

Today I broke two (!) original type 4 rockers on the same cylinder
No further damage done as far as I could tell

It's really amazing that the 2 break on the same cylinder at the same time
I'm happy for you that there have not more damage
