You don't run a strut bar between the shock towers?

I DO run a strut bar, but its just a little lower in the picture (not visible here) and located and welded between the towers itself, just not mounted to the M8 bolts of the strut itself

Yes, but I see that design as mostly for looks indeed... Its too high for my taste, which reintroduces new bending force. He also still runs rubber top strut mounts...
