Je ne comprend 'toujours d'actualité?' 'its always the current situation?
Max speed is not really about hp anymore above 400hp or so, but more about vehicle stablity: reducing lift and straight line suspension lay-out.

Not exactly sure what you mean, but I am a real believer in equal length header with correctly paired cylinders: 1/3 and 2/4

So the compression ratio is already settled for turbo or you'll have to change it ?
