HWT c'est: Heinz Willibald Tuning, mais je n'est sais pas du tout cette moteur... (Cv?)

difficult to say, the willy balt system "eat" a lot of power thru the angles power pulley and the flat fan...

Pourquois? Have you ever used one yourself? or is it from hear-say you don't like it?

FWIW, in return for a few extra hp, it cools MUCH more evenly your cylinderheads. I like that part :D

By the way: Bernd Rummenholl has this cooling system on his Gelb-Schwarze Renner 1303 avec 2,6 Type 4 moteur (sans turbo).
Il marche toujours 11.8 seconds dans le 1/4 mile avec le belt connected ! You dislike that too? :roll:

It's just due to the mechanical constraints on the belt...

I'm not sure that a belt is build to bear this twists... :roll:

I've got a flat fan conversion it absorbes 15hp were a vertical fan and belt takes only 5 or 6hp compare to a dynotest without any belt on.

it's good looking, I like it, but the belt doesn't last long, and over 5800rpm of on a fast quick shifting gear change, the belt "fly's away"... :rambo:

'a' flat fan conversion? There is only one 'offical' one... :roll:

My vertical (Bas) fan conversion absorbed 15 hp at 6000 rpm, also measured at a dyno. Can show you the print-out...
